There are many other one-off, routine, or temporary ways in which we can help our clients. One-off matters include company formations, share re-organisations, shareholders' and partnership agreements. Many areas also overlap with business planning and tax planning, including buying and selling businesses.

Most small businesses cannot justify employing full-time accounting staff and finance directors. We can help to plug this void, either by making staff available at regular times, by committing to carry out certain services every week, month, or quarter, or just by being available when you need us. These arrangements can be highly flexible, so if you only need help for short term cover, or would like us to set up systems and train your own staff so they can manage themselves after a handover period, we can do this too.
